Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral gelegen, so dass ein gewisser Geräuschpegel leider vorhanden ist.

Perfect. Great location as a base to explore the amazing city. Apartment was modern, clean, cool and spacious. Double glazing cuts out what little street noise there is, and the area is away from the more hectic parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean and modern flat in a great location. Flat has 1 double bed and two single beds. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be in amongst it.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento.- Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento pulito e nonostante la vivacità della vita notturna non ci si può lamentare per il troppo rumore.- E' situato in un'ottima posizione in pieno centro e vicinissima al mare.- Che dire, dovessi tornare a Barcellona tornerei li!!!!!

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs und haben die Grösse der Wohnung, die zentrale und trotzden ruhige Lage sehr genossen.

Location is the best part of this accommodation. Pillows were too hard for us. Clearer instructions of how to dispose of rubbish would have been useful.

Erstklassige Wohnung:Top-Zustand,neue Betten mit harten Matratzen,blitzblanker Zustand. Bad und Küche waren mit notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet(Spülmittel,Schwämme,Geschirrhandtücher Essig&Öl, Salz, Zucker,Mineralwasser, Toilettenpapier,Seife,vielen Handtüchern...).Zweibett-Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone manchmal laut (Touristenlärm), aber mit Ohrstöpseln sehr ertragbar; die Einzelzimmer waren hingegen sehr ruhig. Insgesamt Top-Lage, Top-Qualität.Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr netter Empfang und unkomliziete Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

The apartment was as described on-line, excellent location, furnished quite well, and beds were comfortable. Some street level noise late at night but didn't keep us awake.

GREAT APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION JUST NEEDS AT LEAST ONE MORE MIRROR AS THE ONLY ONE WAS IN BATHROOM AND WE HAD A 17YEAR OLD WITH US. ALSO A LEAST ONE OF THE BEDROOMS COULD BE A DOUBLE BED! VERY CLEAN AND QUITE SPACIOUS

All the travel books say to go to La Ramblas. I'd skip that street. Where this apartment is located is perfect. The noise level is high in the front bedroom, but the trade-off make it tolerable. Contact person was very helpful and gracious. Terrific apartment!

Comfortable and secure apartment ideally situated for sightseeing, transport and beach. Very easy to make contact with owner who was at the apartment when we arrived. Travelled as a family with 15 year old daughter and 12 year old son and felt very safe in this area. Previous comments complain of noise but it was not that bad; we had no problems at all sleeping and it is a city after all. Highly recommended!

The location is great but as you can expect from such a central, busy area, it can get quite noisy at night.

The accommodation is located in a great area for sights, shops and restaurants. There is street noise at night at the front but you need to weigh the advantages of the central location against this. We travelled with children and felt very safe in this area. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard and was very comfortable.It had everything we neded for a lovely holiday. The contact person was very helpful.

Very nice apartment, very clean and warm (in February). Some street noise (not unexpected)in front bedroom at night,(just passerby voices not music or traffic) but not a problem in back two bedrooms.

We could collect the key exactly on the time we wanted. The location of the appartement is super and the appartement itself is very clean and nice. All necessities are present.

Previous reveiwers complained about uncomfortable beds and the street being noisy. The beds we slept in were fine and the street two floors below wasn't that noisy and what did they expect in a city centre street in such a vibrant city. My only critism is that the satelite TV didn't have any UK terrestial channels, BBC1 etc, but it was fine if you want to listen to Radio Kurdistan.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is superb - easy walk to the beach and into town and surrounded by excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. The contact person was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this apartment when I visit Barcelona again.

The accomadation was all that it said that it would be. It was very central in the gothic part of Barcelona. The only problem was the noise outside the apartment.

L'appartement en lui même est idéal : climatisation, TV avec câble, cuisine équipée, tout est neuf. Situé à 5 minutes à pied des remblas et a coté du métro. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le quartier est trés vivant, rien à dire !

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living area, reasonable sized kitchen and clean, functional bathroom. The location was also ideal with plenty of restaurants, bars & shops. We walked to most of the main sites. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
