Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended but please note that there are quite steep steps up to the apartment which are also quite narrow. Great location and well equipped apartment.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich sehr sehr schön eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse ist super. Toilette und Bad sind ebenfalls schön und sauber (Toilette mieft ein wenig, geht aber, wenn man die Tür geschlossen hält), aber sind halt sehr klein, genauso wie das Treppenhaus, was man gar nicht als solches bezeichnen kann: Zu der Wohnung in der 3. Etage führt ein minikleines Zwergentreppchen hoch. War aber alles kein Problem, wir hatten normale Koffergrößen bei uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im Gotico Viertel gelegen (direkt an der Grenze zum Born-Viertel) und man kommt gut fußläufig zu den Ramblas, zum Hafen, zum Placa Catalunya. Soweit haben wir uns auch sicher gefühlt, obwohl man am besten nachts nicht alleine zur Wohnung geht (aber nachts sollte man ohnehin nicht alleine durch BCN laufen) Im Wohnzimmer war es nachts sehr ruhig, man hat nichts von dem wilden Barcelona-Leben gehört, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Oben im Schlafzimmer war es wohl ein wenig lauter, aber dies ist halt eben normal für Barcelona. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Das Appartment mit seinen beiden Stockwerken und der Dachterasse hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung und ist sehr schön eingerichtet! Die Lage im Gotischen Viertel mit mehreren tollen Bars um die Ecke ist super!

noi siamo stati in quatro, due figli mia moglie ed io e ci siamo trovati molto bene. le scale di accesso sono strette e ripide ma in compenso il tutto è molto romantico.

Prima Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen. komplett eingerichtete küche. alles sehr sauber. die toilettendüfte kann man auch problemlos überleben. Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe klappte wie am schnürchen.

Spacious apartment in centre of traditional community. Peaceful little plaza, perfectly located for rambling streets of the Gothic Quarter, beaches, central transport hub and some great eatieries and drinkeries. A fabulous 4 days !

We Were pleased with the apartment. But there were especially a lot of noise some nights to be heard at the upper bedroom. We found out, when we arrived, that it was a big issue not to disturb the neighbours.That meant thatwe were eager to prevent our children from making loud noises at all. Maby it was an idea to mention that in the description for the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the shops and the local areas of interest and the apartment had a real home-away-from home feeling to it. If we're coming back to Barcelona we will definitely stay there again, as well as recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going.

Flat was in a lovely little square. Only one small drawback was when we came home at 4am there were no outside lights so it took us a long time to enter the buiding as we couldn't locate the lock!!

Firstly, the apartment was very clean and well looked after. There was also plenty of room for the three people in our party. The terrace area is very large and is great for sitting out on. There is also a washing machine, microwave and full sized fridge, which was very handy. The air conditioning worked very well and was absolutely essential during our trip. There is also an entryphone system on the main door on ground level. The apartment is well located off the main road, so there is no excess noise in the evenings or overnight. It's only a short walk to the Ramblas, Port Vell or the beach. The contact person was very helpful and met us on time as previously arranged. In summary, a very nice apartment which we would have no hesitation in visiting in the future.

The accomodation was very spacious for two people and very clean. The roof terrace was excellent - great for sunbathing and drinking wine in the evenings. The apartment itself was set on a nice plaza, and 5 mins walk from Las Ramblas and the bars, and 5 mins from the waterfront. Perfect! The contact person in Barcelona was also very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us round.

Siamo rimasti tutti affascinati da questo grazioso appartamento ,che si affaccia su una caratteristica piazzetta nel barrio gotico .Posizione strategica , ci si trova nel cuore di Barcellona . A pochissima distanza dal porto , e dalla rambla . Di più non si potrebbe chiedere !!!

Das Appartement entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren angenehm ueberrascht von der Sauberkeit und Vollstaendigkeit der Ausstattung. Von der Waescheklammer bis zum Salzstreuer ist alles vorhanden. Kleine Einschraenkung: der etwas schwierige Aufstieg zum Appartement -sehr enges Treppenhaus! und die Bettgestelle hatten eine eingebaute Weckautomatik (Quietschen)! Top Lage! Ramblas, Hafen, Metro und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in weniger als 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen!

tolle ruhige Lage inmitten der Altstadt, altes Haus mit Ambiente, Dachterrasse mit Morgensonne, gut ausgestattete Küche, insgesamt sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, kleine Unzulänglichkeiten im Maßstab unseres deutschen Perfektionismus sind problemlos akzeptabel.

This was a really nice apartment, and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much, but I did not like the smell in the toilet and the bedroom. We enjoyed the terrace, and we though that the kitchen and the general decor was carefully chosen and attractive. It was ideally located for the shops and bars.

Great location, felt very safe, quiet little plaza with everything nearby. 10-15 minute walk to beach, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya. Apt. was clean and neat, perfect size for 2-4. Balcony is a nice plus. Air conditioning worked well and provided welcome relief at the end of the day.

wir hatten jeden komfort,die beschreibung war exakt..eine komplett ausgestattete küche, fernseher, stereo anlage, klimaanlage,waschmaschine... alles war sehr sauber, die wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und für jede eventualität \"gewappnet\", also auch einen staubsauger, genügend mülltüten, es wurde auch an die kleinen dinge des alltags gedacht. die lage der wohnung war ideal, alle wichtigen orte und viertel, sowie der strand waren leicht und schnell zu erreichen und das viertel an sich war sicher.. der lärmpegel war normal, da die wohnung zum hinterhof gelegen ist, sich da aber auch geschäfte und eine kleine bar befinden. wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
