Das barrio gotico hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Lage weiß man recht schnell zu schätzen. Mit der (Mama der) Kontaktperson hat alles geklappt. Die Wohnung was sauber und alles drin, was man braucht.

The owner met us outside the apartment and was very pleasant to deal with. It is located in a nice area and close to the metro so very handy. The apartment appears to be a lot nicer in the photos than in real life but it was perfectly adequate for our short stay.

7/10 appartement propre bien équipé, personne de contact disponible et compréhensive (caution rendue avant la fin du séjour pour permettre un départ le lundi vers 5h du matin) , un peu bruyant, bien placé, qque peu onéreux (300 euros pour 3 nuits soit 25€ par personne et par nuit >> 20€ par nuit soit un total de 240€ m'aurait paru un bon compromis)

Flat très bien situé, pas besoin de metro pour visiter la ville. Malheureusement le quartier est devenu assez dangeureux ! Voyoux qui arrachent les sacs et autres valeurs ont leur base juste derrière le coin.

Good accomodation although could only sleep two people max. Located near to Arc De Tromph metro station

L'alloggio è sobrio, arredato il giusto. Piccolo neo: l'acqua calda della doccia dura poco. La zona non è delle migliori ma a Barcelona si può camminare senza problemi a tutte le ore.

The accomodation is in a lively and prime location for all Barcelona attractions. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people and Juan-Carlos proved to be an excellent landlord.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.Liegt sehr zentral,man kann alles gut erreichen (La Rambla ca.10min Fussmarsch) Nicht von der äußeren Umgebung abschrecken lassen,die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber,hell und gut ausgestattet.Kontaktperson war supernett und entgegenkommend.Spricht sehr gut Englsch.

Everything was good! Not amazing but the accomodation was nice clean and perfectly adequate. The beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else was excellent. And, for the price we paid, a bargain!

Despite the disappointment that our preferred accommodation was not available, the alternative was very good. Its location was within easy reach of the main areas of interest and not far from some excellent parts of the city and the main Park. Our contact with the owner, Juan Carlos, was a pleasure and we are greatful to Oh-Barcelona and particularly to the property owner for providing the chance for a fantastic time in Barcelona.
